A unique illustration of your beautiful home that will be a conversation piece wherever it's placed!
A custom home watercolor would be a perfect newlywed gift, house warming gift, realtor gift, an unique husband or couple gift. This is an original art that would be cherished for years to come.
All my original work is done on cold pressed 140lb. watercolor acid free paper.
After you purchase the listing
1.) You would need to send me ONE quality picture of the house. You may send additional but I will be working with one main photo reference for angle and lighting. The better photo(s) you send me typically the better I am able to portray the home.
2.) Mention what you want to have written on the drawing. You do not have to have anything.
It could be:
1) your address
2) your family name
3) Est. year
4) a sweet phrase:
"Our First Home",
"Home Sweet Home"
"Bless our Home"
5) Lat. and Long.
